No Fluff Recipe: Avocado Dip
Avocado Dip Supreme

1 large avocado or 2 medium, peel and cut into small pieces
1 large container of sour cream
lemon juice
1 jar salsa (do not drain)
1 C grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 bunch scallions, sliced
garlic powder (to taste)

Put avos in bottom of 3 inch deep serving dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. (to prevent browning) Cover with sour cream, season with garlic powder. Spoon salsa over sour cream. Cover with cheese. Top with scallions. Refrigerate 4 hours. (It never gets in there that long.) I normally double this recipe.

Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes 8-10 servings
