Master Cellular Nutrition: Going Deeper

Last montht’s class was such a helpful introduction to master cellular nutrition.

We talked about how so many of us end up taking a long list of supplements because most multivitamins simply don’t include enough of each nutrient to make a meaningful difference on their own. That often leads to adding more bottles, more capsules, and more guesswork just to try to cover the basics.

This was more of an overview, but it gave us a really good starting point for understanding the idea behind cellular nutrition and why a more targeted approach may be worth paying attention to.

In July we’ll go deeper into the science behind it all, and by then hopefully many of us will have been using it for a few weeks and can share what we’re noticing. I’m really excited to keep learning more and to see whether it makes a difference.
