Meal Planning in the Crowe Household
Going to the late service today

After a short 🐩 walk and 20 min of stretching, it’s time for meal planning. I still don’t feel quite right in my joints. And I think I’ve figured out why. More on that in another post.

I love meal planning  and I know I make it hard on myself. What don’t I just choose 3 beef, 2-3 chicken, a fish/shrimp and have homemade bbq chicken pizza for dinners? And alternate eggs, waffles/pancakes, oatmeal and bagels for breakfast and left overs or salad/soup/sandwiches for lunches? And be done with it.

I have done that when I don’t feel adventurous or want to try a new recipe. But ALWAYS want to try new recipes. 😎

So this is what my kitchen table looks like as I put together this week’s meal plan. I don’t think I’ve we’ve kept to my meal plan 💯but I like having a plan.

So late church means I need to have my shopping list nearly complete bc I will have less of an afternoon.

What’s new on this menu? I think I’ll try breakfast hash (with select potatoes), taquitos (thanks to a friend for the recipe!) and a bunch more. I just don’t know yet. I know Keegan likes me to make at least 2 sugar free desserts a week. And trying to balance out my meals so I’m not eating all kinda low carb (I’m not keto but lean that way) so adding in some sweet potatoes this week!
