Morning Routine
How do I start my mornings for the best homeschool mornings? I'm happy to share in hopes that you will get your days started off on the right foot.

After getting the dogs out and taken care of, then I can start taking care of me.  This may seem like a lot of time but I like to have 2-3 hours alone before the kids wake up.  This really starts the night before with planning my day and getting a good night's sleep, but I'll save that for another blog post!

I start my mornings with Homemade Elderberry Syrup, Ningxia Red,Ningxia Nitro and a few oils in my Ningxia/Nitro wellness shot:
Ningxia: full of antioxidants
Nitro: B vitamins and a little caffeine, my mom super power!
2 drops of liquid vitamin D3/K2
1 drop each of:
Peppermint: pick me up
Thieves: immune support
Endoflex and Sclaressence: hormone support
Frankincence: for everything! Skin, calming, etc
Juvaflex: liver support


Then it's time to dig into my Bible study homework.  This spring we are studying 1,2,3 John. Hopefully I haven't been distracted by my phone and I can head to the basement for a workout. 

I get my water and Aminowise (BCAAs) I have a "To the Gym" blend that I roll on my chest for breathing support, think Peppermint, Raven, Eucalyptus.


Now, it's shower time! After my shower, I use Progessence Plus and Great Day Protocol: valor:wrists, harmony:above belly button, joy:over heart and white angelica: hands, inhale and smooth over hair.


Lastly, I set up 3 diffusers downstairs, one of the will typically have Clarity and Stress Away for calming focus.
